"Cold Song" from Henry Purcell's opera King Arthur is certainly one of the most famous baroque arias of all time. It’s about the power of love to melt the coldest of hearts – even if the heart wishes to die instead. In this arrangement, David Orlowsky has written a new melody corresponding with the dramatic chord structure.
